Poha With Nice Touch Of Hotness Of Ratlami Sev
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Tomato and Onion.
2) Finely chop Green Chillies and Cilantro.
3) Peel out fresh Pomogranate pearls and keep in cool place.
4) Wash poha in a bowl in water and drain excess water in strainer.
5) Place in a microwavable bowl and Keep aside for 15 mins.

Cooking:
1) Microwave washed & drained Poha for 1.5 mins.
2) Add Salt, Lemon Juice, Powder Sugar and mix well gently.
3) Place Turmeric Powder & Chopped Green Chillies on Poha.
6) Pour tadka on Turmeric Powder & Chopped Green Chilies.Mix well gently.
7) Add chopped Cilantro, chopped Onion, chopped Tomatoes and mix well gently.
8) Place this poha mixture in serving plate in fine level.
9) Spread Masala Boondi evenly on Poha mixture.
10) Spread Ratlami Sev evenly on Masala Boondi.
11) Spread Pomegranate Pearls evenly on top.
