Patra- Corn
Preparation:
1) Cut washed Patra Vata into semi -circle shape carefully.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium high flame.
2) Add Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Sweet Corn Kernels, Green Peas, Salt & 1 cup Water.
3) Cover & Cook for approx 5 mins.
4) Place Cut Patra, Coriander Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Amchur Powder, Sugar & 1 cup Water.
5) DO NOT STIR.
6) Cover & Cook for approx 5 mins.
7) Turn off flame.
8) Add 1 Tablespoon Coconut Powder, mix well carefully.
9) Cover & Keep aside for 2 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30-35 min.
Garnishing:
Garnish 0.5 Tablespoon Coconut Powder, Serve Hot.
