Description:
Spicy & Crispy Crushed Paneer
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Onion, Tomato, Green Chilies and Cilantro.
2) Finely hand-crush Paneer & add Yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Cooking:
1) On medium flame heat 3 Tablespoon Oil in a pan.
2) Add little Salt and place Crushed Paneer.
3) Turn on high flame & stir time to time until crispy and remove in a bowl.
4) In asame pan heat 4 Tablespoon Oil on medium low flame.
5) Add Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato, Chopped Green Chilies, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Amchur Powder, Salt and mix thoroughly.
6) Turn on low flame and cover & cook for approx. 2 mins.
7) Add sauted Paneer, Chopped Cilantro and mix thoroughly.
8) Cover & Cook for approx 4 mins. and TURN OFF FLAME.
9) Add Lemon Juice & Salted Butter and mix thoroughly.
Serve For: 2 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Garlic Bread.
