Description:
Tangy & Crispy Bhindi & Besan
Preparation:
1) In a bowl, mix well thawed Cut Bhindi, Salt, Besan and 2 tablespoon of Oil gently.
Cooking:
1) Heat 4 tablespoon of Oil in pan.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida & Bhindi mixture and mix well.
3) Cover & cook for approx 12 mins., in between toss & saute after every 2 mins.
4) Until little crispy and turn off flame.
5) Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Amchur Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Sesame Seeds, Coconut Powder and mix thoroughly.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot immediately.
