Description:
Well Spiced Paneer & Bell Pepper
Preparation:
1) Cut Paneer, Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper into pieces.
2) Cut Onion into quaters and peel off each petals.
3) Cut Green Chilies into big pieces.
4) Finely crush Ginger & Garlic.
5) Finely Chop Spring Onion.
Cooking:
1) Mix Corn Flour, Maida, Ajman Seeds, Black Pepper Powder, Salt well.
2) Add 1 Cup of Water and mix well into fine batter.
3) Add Paneer Pieces and mix well gently.
4) Heat Oil for deep fry on medium low flame.
5) Place Paneer with batter coat carefully in hot Oil.
6) Deep fry delicately until crispy and remove on an absorbent paper.
7) Heat non stick deep pan on medium low flame.
8) Add Mustard Oil, Corn Oil, Crushed Ginger, Crushed Garlic and saute.
9) Add Onion Petals, Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Green Chilies, Salt and saute well.
10) Add Green Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Red Chilli Crushed and mix thoroughly.
11) Add 1 Cup of Water and bring to bubbling boil.
12) Add fried Paneer and mix well gently.
13) Cover & Cook for approx 10 mins.
14) Give it a good stir until sauce becomes thick and TURN OFF FLAME.
15) Add chopped Spring Onion and mix well gently.
Serve For: 2 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
