Well Cooked Hot & Creamy Green Peas
Preparation:
1) Grate Onion & Tomato.
Cooking:
1) On medium low flame heat Oil in non stick pan.
2) Add Makhan Ghee, Grated Onion, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste and give it a good stir.
3) Add grated Tomato and cover & cook for 2 mins.
4) Turn on low flame.
5) Add Curry Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder and stir well.
6) Add washed Green Peas, Salt, 0.25 cup of Water and mix well.
7) Cover & Cook for 15 mins. until tender & required consistency.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
Garnishing:
