Description:
Whole Eggs In Well Spiced Curry
Preparation:
1) Hard boil 6 Eggs and remove eggshell.
2) Finely crush Ginger & Garlic separately.
3) Finely grate Onion & Tomato separately.
Cooking:
1) Make small holes with fork on 5 boiled eggs all over delicately.
2) On medium low flame, heat 1 Tablespoon Oil.
3) Add Salt, Asafoetida & Turmeric Powder and saute once.
4) Place well pricked 5 boiled Eggs and saute till little crispy & golden brown.
5) Remove eggs from pan.
6) In same pan on medium low flame, heat 4 Tablespoon Oil & 1 Tablespoon Makhan Ghee.
7) Add Red Chilli Whole, Crushed Ginger & Crushed Garlic and saute once.
8) Add Grated Onion & Salt to taste and saute once.
9) Add Grated Tomatoes, Curry Powder & Salt to taste and mix well.
10) Cover & Cook for approx 4 mins.
11) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder & Fennel Powder and mix well.
12) Add 1 Cup of Water and Cover & Cook for approx 5 mins.
13) Add Yogurt and Garam Masala Powder.
14) Stir well continuously until required consistency and remove in bowl.
15) Cut vertically 1 Boiled Egg into 4 Slices and sprinkle Salt & Black Pepper Powder as per taste.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 mins.
Garnishing:
1) Place prepared 5 boiled Eggs in gravy.
2)Serve Hot With Boiled Egg Slices.
