Description:
Cut Bhindi With Methi & Spring Onion
Preparation:
1) Thaw Methi.
2) Finely Chop Tomatoes.
3) Finely chop Spring Onions.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on high flame.
2) Add 1 Teaspoon Salt, washed Cut Bhindi and Cover & cook for approx 12 mins.
3) Stir, time to time.
4) Cook, until little crispy.
5) Remove on absorbent paper, leave Oil in a pan.
6) Turn on low flame
7) Add Cumin Seeds, Chopped Tomato, Garlic Paste, Washed Methi, Chopped Spring Onions, Turmeric Powder, Salt and mix well.
8) Turn on meduim low flame
9) Cover & cook for approx 6 mins., stir time to time.
10) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Shallow fried Bhindi and mix thoroughly.
11) Turn on high flame and cook until Oil comes out.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 Mins.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot.
