Description:
Sweet & Sour Potato With Gravy
Preparation:
1) Boil, Peel and Cut Potatoes in pieces.
2) Finely chop Tomatoes.
3) Finely chop Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) Heat 5 Tablespoon of of Oil on medium flame.
2) Add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Boiled Cut Potatoes and Salt as per taste.
3) Give it a good stir and add Chopped Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder & 2 Cups of water.
4) TURN ON MEDIUM HIGH FLAME and cover & cook for approx. 12 mins.
5) Add Jaggery Powder, Amchur Powder, Lemon Juice and salt to taste.
6) Mix well and cook until required consistency.
7) TURN OFF FLAME and add Chopped
Cilantro.
8) Mix thoroughly and replace in Serving Bowl.
9) Roast each Green Chilli directly on stove flame carefully
and place it on Rasedar Aloo.
Serve For: 4 Person
