Description:
Tandoori Chicken Paneer Roll
Preparation:
1) Grate Paneer (Cottage Cheese).
2)Grind Bread, Garlic, Green Chilli, Cilantro, Mint Leaves and Fennel Seeds together.
3) Boil Chicken adding Salt, Drain the water, let cool and mash it thoroughly.
Cooking:
1) In a bowl, Mix mashed Chicken and Cottage Cheese.
2) Add ground Bread, Tandoori paste, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, salt and mix well.
3) Leave the mixture for 3 Mins in the refrigerator.
4) Mix Prepared mixture well.
5) Divide into equal portions and make rolls.
6) Heat Oil for deep fry.
7) Deep fry rolls till golden.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 1 Hours
Garnishing:
Serve hot with tomato Ketchup.
