Description:
Marinated Spicy And Crispy Ratalu
Preparation:
1) Cut Capsicum in square shape.
2) Cut Onion in square shape.
Cooking:
1) Heat oil for deep frying.
2) Add pinch of salt.
3) Deep fry Ratalu till tender and little crispy.
4) Remove on an absorbent paper.
5) Heat 1 tblsp. of Oil in a pan.
6) Put pinch of Salt & Capsicum and toss or saute for a minute on high flame.
7) Remove on an absorbent paper leaving Oil in a pan.
8) Add Onions in same oily pan
and saute or toss it for a minute on high flame.
9) Remove on an absorbent paper.
10) In a bowl, mix fried Ratalu, Deep Vindaloo Paste and MM Mint Chutney well.
11) Microwave capsicum for 30 Sec.
12) On a toothpick make a row of Onion,Capsicum,Ratalu,Capsicum and Onion.
13) Do the same for all the pieces.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 40-45 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
