Spicy French Beans.
Preparation:
1) Par boil Fansi(French Beans)in boiling water.
2) Finely cut Tomatoes into small pieces.
3) Finely chop Green Chilies.
4) Finely chop Cilantro.

Cooking:
1) Heat oil in a wok on medium-low flame.
2) Add Bay Leaf, Red Chili whole, Panchpuran.
3) When it starts spluttering, add chopped Green Chilies, Tomato Pieces, Ginger-Garlic Paste & saute for a minute.
4) Add Fennel Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Anistar Powder & mix well.
5) Add Fansi(French Beans),Salt, Shredded Coconut(dry) & Saute well for 3-4mins.
6) Add chopped Cilantro, Sugar and Lemon Juice.
7) Remove from flame & saute well. ( Sugar is optional )
