Sev And Tomatoes With Rich Taste Of Garlic
Preparation:
1) Finely crush Garlic.
2) Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
3) Finely cut Green Chilies into rings.
4) In a bowl, Mix well Crushed Garlic and Red Chilli Powder adding 0.25 Cup of Water.

Cooking:
1) Heat oil in non-stick pan on medium flame.
2) Add Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Prepared Garlic mixture, Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder and stir well until Oil comes out.
3) Add Chopped Tomatoes, Salt to taste, Coriander Cumin Powder and stir well.
4) Add 3 Cups of Water and TURN ON HIGH FLAME.
5) Cover & Cook for approx 5 mins. and TURN ON MEDIUM FLAME.
6) Add Indori Bhujia, Ring Cut Green Chilies, Black Pepper Powder and mix thoroughly.
7) TURN ON HIGH FLAME and cook until required consistency stirring time to time.
8) TURN OFF FLAME and keep aside for 2 mins.

Total cooking time: 30 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot immediately with Chapati or Naan.
P.S.While adding Salt,remember that Indori Bhujia is salty.
