Description:
Masti Chana.
Preparation:
1) Soak 1cup Kala Chana in warm Water for 4hrs.
2) Boil Kala chana, drain & keep aside.
3) Thaw & Boil Potatoes, cut each into 4 slices.
4) In a Bowl, 1/2 cup Water, Besan & Rai Kuria mix well with spoon .

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil and shallow fry Potato slices untill golden brown for chips.
2) Heat Oil in a non-stick pan.
3) Add Mustard Seeds.
4) When it starts spluttering, add Ginger-Garlic Paste & mix well.
5) Add boiled Kala Chana & saute.
6) Add prepared mixture of Besan, Salt & mix well.
7) Cover and cook for 2mins. on low flame or till Besan mixture gets thickness.
8) Add Masti Chutney & chopped Cilantro & mix well.
9) Remove from flame.
10) Add shallow fried Potato chips and mix well delicately.

9) Remove from flame.
10) Add shallow fried Potato chips and mix well delicately.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 30 mins.
Garnishing:
