Description:
Mix Vegetable Pilaf With Flavor Of Whole Spices
Preparation:
1) Wash and Soak Basmati Rice for 30 mins. in 1 cup of water.
2) Wash and drain cut Mix Vegetable.

Cooking:
1) On low flame heat oil in a deep non-stick pan.
2) Add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cumin seeds.When it changes in color addd mix vegetable, soaked rice with water.
3) Add 1 cup of water, salt, anistar whole and mix well.
4) On high flame bring it to boil.
5) Cover & cook on medium- low flame till water is absorbed.
6) Add makhan ghee and mix well gently.
7) Cover and keep aside for 5 mins.
