Well Spiced French Beans
Preparation:
1) Cut Onion into thin slices.
2) Cut Tomatoes into thin slices.
3) Finely crush Green Chilies.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium-low flame.
2) Add Bay Leaves, Ajman Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Onion Slice, Tomato Slice, washed Fansi, Salt and mix well.
3) Cover & Cook for approx 12 mins.
4) Turn on low flame.
5) Add Coriander Cumin Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Crushed Green Chilies and mix well.
6) Cover & Cook for 2 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 35 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Thepla and Pickle.
