Description:
Sweet & Sour Three Roots With Fine Flavor Of Whole Spices
Preparation:
1) Cut Anistar petals gently.
2) Cut Whole Red Chilli into 2 pieces.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low flame.
2) Add pieces of whole Red chilli, Anistar Petals, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Sesame Seeds.
3) Add washed Diced Potatoes, Ratalu, Suran & Sendhav Salt.
4) Toss & Mix well.
5) Turn on medium low flame.
6) Cover & Cook for approx 15 mins.
7) Turn on low flame.
8) Add Red Chilli Powder, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper Powder.
9) Toss & Mix it thoroughly.
10) Turn off flame.
11) Cover & Keep aside for 5 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 mins.
