Suran Sambhar For Upvas
Preparation:
1) Cut Tomato into 2 halves.
2) Finely Chop Green Chilies.

Cooking:
1) On high flame 2 whistle Pressure Cook Washed Suran, Tomato halves adding 1 cup Water.
2) Add 2 cups of water and blend into fine liquid mixture.
3) Place in cooking pot.
4) Add chopped Green Chilies, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Sendhav Salt & Red Chili Powder.
5) On low flame heat Ghee in tadka pan.
6) Add Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Cumin Seeds & Curry Leaves.
7) Pour Tadka on Red Chili Powder.
8) On meduim flame stir & cook for approx 3 mins.
