Description:
Fine Blend Of Three Different Dals:
Chana Dal,Moong Dal & Udad Dal Chilka
Preparation:
1) Wash all the dals in 3-4 changes of water.
2) Soak all dals altogether in 2 cups of water for 30mins.
3) Finely Chop tomatoes and green chillies.
Cooking:
1) Pressure Cook all Dals with water adding Salt & 1.5 cup water till tender on high flame.
2) Heat Oil in a wok on low flame.
3) Add Mustard Seeds & let it be splutter,add
Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Garlic Paste, Chopped Green Chillies and saute well.
4) Add Chopped Tomatoes, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and mix well.
5) Add boiled Dals, Salt and mix well gently.
6) Cook till required consistancy.
7) Add lemon juice, mix well and remove from flame.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Min.
Garnishing:
May garnish the dal with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve dal with Deep's Paratha,Naan or rice.
