Healthy Recipe Of Moong Dal Chilka
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Onion, Tomatoes, Cilantro and Green Chilli_Hot.
2) Wash & Boil Moong Dal Chilka.
3) Pressure cook dal, adding Salt, Turmeric Powder & 3 Cup water on high flame till tender.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a wok on low flame.
2) Add Cumin Seeds & let it be change in colour, add Curry Leaves, Chopped Green Chillies_Hot, Chopped Onion and saute little.
3) Add Chopped Tomatoes, Garlic Paste, Chopped Cilantro, Salt and saute little.
4) Pour 1 Cup of water, boiled Moong Dal Chilka and mix well.
5) Add Lemon Juice and mix. Remove from flame.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 Min.
Garnishing:
Serve hot immediately.
