Description:
Stuff Punjabi Tinda
Preparation:
1) Wash and slit Punjabi Tinda, length, till half way.
2) Grind Green chilli, Garlic and Coriander leaves.
3) Mix grinded Coriander paste, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder,Salt, 3 tbspn warm Oil and mix well.
4) Cut Tomato & Onion in rings.
Cooking:
1) Fill Masala into Tinda.
2) Add 3 tblsp Oil in microwave safe bowl.
3) Place stuff Tinda and microwave till Tinda are tender.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Min.
