Potato Fish In Curry
Preparation:
1) Boil Potatoes and mash it well.
2) Grind Ginger & Green Chilies.
3) Grind Tomatoes into puree.
4) Mix mashed Potato, Besan flour, Salt, Ginger and Green chilies (girnded) thoroughly.
5) Divide into equal portions and give a fish shape.
6) Heat Oil for deep fry.
7) Deep fry Potato fishes and Keep it aside.

2) Add Garlic paste, Garam Masala and immediately add Tomato puree.
3) Stir fry for 2 min., Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt.
4) Saute till Oil leaves gravy.
5) Add Water and cook until require consistency.
6) Add Kasoori Methi and mix gently.
7)Remove from flame . Add the fishes in gravy at the time of serving.
