Well Cooked Moong Dal With Touch Of Garlic Flavour
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Tomatoes.
2)Wash Moong Dal in 3-4 changes of water.
3) Pressure cook Moong Dal adding Chopped Tomatoes, Salt & 2 Cup of water on high flame till tender.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a Wok on low flame.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds & let it be splutter, add Curry Leaves, Garlic Paste and saute well.
3) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, pour 1 Cup water, Salt.
4) Mix well & bring it to boil.
5) Add boiled Moong Dal and mix well.
6) Remove from flame.
