Description:
Fried & Crispy Coated Aloo
Preparation:
1) Par Boil Potatoes.
2) Peel & cut them in to thick slices.
3) Mix Corn Flour, Salt & water to make a thin batter.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil for deep fry.
2) Dip Potato Slices in Corn Flour batter and deep fry them, till crisp.
3) Heat Oil in a wok and add Tandoori paste, Saute it for 2-3min.
4) Add fried Potato Slices and mix well.
5) Remove from heat, sprinkle Chat Masala over it.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 Min
Garnishing:
Serve hot with raw Onion rings.
